Central Virginia Paint Horse Club's Stallion Service Auction

2008 Stallion Auction

Dear Stallion Owner,

The Central Virginia Paint Horse Club would like to thank you for being a part of this growing stallion service auction and hope you will again donate one service to your stallion for the 2008 breeding season. We are all very excited about the growth this club has made and look forward to an even larger 2008.

The studs are sold on a first come first serve basis for 50% of their advertised stud fee for 2008. The stallion owner will receive one free entry into the breeders futurity to be used in 2008 or 2009, and the resulting foal from the sold auction will receive a free entry to be used up to its 3 year old year. If your stallion is not sold in the auction the stallion owner may pay a $200 repurchase fee and you will receive the 2 free entries. The stallion owner buy back will have to be paid by July 15, 2008. Please fill out the enclosed form and return to me with any other information or flyers as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding the stallion service auction and I hope to see your stallion listed in the CVPHC Stallion Service Auction.

Country Supply will donate 5% of the purchase price to CVPHC for all purchases that are made using CVPHC as the Country CARE Code. They will send us a check every month. Please use the CVPHC care code when ordering. Thank you.
